"For a healthy prostate, should you for
any reason object to masturbation, having your prostate massaged periodically is an
option. This procedure is normally used when your prostate is stroked during a digital
rectal exam. Sometimes the massage may take longer because the object is to free the gland
of congestion {that may lead to prostate problems such as blockage which can lead to
cancer and other problems including sexual dysfunction}. How often you should have
prostate massage depends on your individual condition.
In traditional Japanese families, wives often perform prostate massage to promote their
partners health. In general Asian men tend to have lower rates of prostate enlargement and
Cancer than their American {counterparts}"

"Consider this intriguing idea: Frequent
ejaculations may help keep the prostate healthy and cancer free. This cant be considered a
proven idea; Its just a fascinating tidbit that turned up in the medical journal UROLOGY a
few years ago. A British urologist reported test trails of 423 men age range 60-80.31 % of
the men without cancer reportedly ejaculated five to seven times a week, but only 13% of
men with Cancer said they were sexually active. Reduced ejaculatory frequency appears to
promote the development of this disease(Cancer)"

"There's more to
the male genitalia than what's visible outside your body. The base of the penis extends
into the body. if you press your fingers against your perineum-The area between your
testicles and anus- you can feel this root, or bulb of your penis. The root of the penis
is sensitive and can be stimulated through the perineum or the rectum-one reason anal
penetration feels pleasurable to many men. The urethra passes into the body and through
the prostate gland to the bladder. The prostate gland, an internal organ that produces
ejaculatory fluid, is situated behind the pubic bone and just below the bladder. The
prostate is a source of sexual pleasure for many men.
Many men can have orgasms purely from prostate stimulation. Prostate massage also enhances
genital stimulation, as it produces pressure against the root of the penis that feels like
an internal erotic massage. The prostate is analogous to the G spot in women. The prostate
can be massaged by inserting a finger (toy, dildo etc.) a minimum of three inches into
your anus and stroking toward the front of your body through the walls of your rectum."

"Prostate stimulation? Love it! I often find myself
kneading that area when I am just sitting or talking on the telephone. "
"One of the most wonderful sensations I've learned to enjoy is prostate massage,
which {when combined
with oral sex} is out of this world."
Anal vibrators are popular sex toys among both men and women who use them during
masturbation as well as partner sex. Vibrators can stimulate the anal opening, the rectum
and the prostate in men. Anal stimulation is a popular complement to other types of
stimulation.
"A vibrating butt plug has brought the most enjoyable intensity to sex"
"My Partner used a vibrator in my anus. I thought I was going to pass out"
".....uniquely relaxing and meditative experience."

Although our
focus here is on encouraging you to get to know and love your anus, we should note that
feelings of shame and transgression can be highly erotic, and that some people doubtlessly
enjoy anal play in part because they feel they're messing around where society says they
shouldn't. If the anal taboo is preventing you from taking pleasure in this sensitive,
healthful and stimulating portion of your anatomy, just lay back and let yourself go, give
yourself over to the spiritual awareness of your body and extend the power of control over
all of your functions that can influence your spirituality and growth.
Man is a microcosm of the universe and the power of Eros connects us to nature. Whatever
the shape, age and condition you are in , Hin Yin is a Chinese term for that part of our
bodies the genitals, perineum, and anus. How we express love for our bodies changes
constantly from infancy to old age. Massage begins with the hands bringing warmth and
energy to the practitioner then to their clients. The legacy of bodily shame is dangerous.
Taboos and hysteria surrounding our bodies ,erotic bigotry toward others and ourselves
contributes to stress,. usually at the root of racial, religious, national and class
prejudices, forcing us to disown parts of our bodies for years or a lifetime, armoring
ourselves against the possibility of love and pleasure.
In oriental medicine there are meridians which carry ' ki ' in channels throughout your
body. The base of the palm in your hand, for example, stimulates the prostate. The tongue
and anus are part of our digestive tract and should be regularly stimulated to improve the
function of each organ.
In Tantric practice one of the many exercises encouraged are the contraction exercises
involving your anus and penis, now commonly prescribed by doctors for those with urinary
and prostate problems. Many discover these contractions on their own and can be performed
anywhere, anytime. There are important accupressure points surrounding the pelvic
diaphragm surrounding the anus. In Yoga, students develop an awareness of the entire
region. The perineum is important to health and known in Taoist teachings as the gate
between life and death.
To relieve tensions and add pleasurable sensations, Taoist teachers recommend massaging
the area 100 times after each bowel movement, making circular motions around the
spinchter. Insert finger into anus and continue palpitating the area until you feel
totally relaxed.
Heres an exercise you can do at home : In Tantric tradition there are seven chakras
beginning at the base of the spine, contract the anus, exhale ,relax. The second chakra is
located a few inches below the navel , contract anus breath deeply and concentrate on
sending energy and warmth to your heart center. Third chakra, located in the solar plexus,
again contract your anus, inhale, breath into your heart, exhale and relax and continue
this through all seven chakras. |

"The more closely a man is attuned to the universal
rhythms of his desire he is at the same time more peaceful and effective in the world. We
are all the artists of our own arousal the happiness we achieve from our erotic journey is
ultimately our own responsibility."
